To guard against impacts and abrasions, the Ellipse also features Double Cover, a double-layer material applied to the sides of the saddle to double resistance against impacts and abrasions. Rear elastomers are added for better shock absorption — they're effective for even the most severe and unexpected shocks, and work both vertically and horizontally for safe, silent, and permanently non-deformable performance. A patented clip system is positioned at the rear of the saddle for easy attachment of a Selle Royal saddle bag or other accessories.
